What will I learn in the Registered Scrum Master@Scale course?

No. RSM@S is designed for any professionals or leaders responsible for coordinating work, removing impediments, or improving delivery across multiple teams. This can include Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, change leaders, and program, delivery, and operations leaders.
Is this an advanced Scrum Master course?
Yes. RSM@S is designed for experienced practitioners and builds beyond the individual Scrum Master role to focus on coordination, impediment removal, dependency management, and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
Participants must complete Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner™ training or equivalent as a prerequisite. Experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable cross-team, delivery, or operations role is also highly recommended.

Your RSM@S credential demonstrates your understanding of the Scrum Master role within Scrum@Scale. Credential holders receive the Registered Scrum Master@Scale™ badge and are eligible to be listed in the International Registry of Agile Professionals™.

What do I need for class?
For live remote courses, you’ll need a computer, reliable internet connection, and access to Zoom with video and audio.
For in-person courses, there’s no formal dress code. Most attendees wear business casual, and jeans are fine. We recommend bringing layers so you can stay comfortable throughout the training.
When does the course begin?
Start times vary by course and schedules are listed on each course registration page. Please check the specific course that you are interested in attending.
For participants seeking to earn the credential, you cannot miss more than 2 hours of the course. Be sure to note the time zone and set your calendar reminders appropriately.
What if I need to transfer to a different date?
No problem. We can move you to another class or transfer your registration to another person. Contact our training team at education@scruminc.com and we’ll help you make the change.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least two weeks before the class start date to receive a full refund. After that, we can move your registration to another date or give you credit toward a future class.
