Lead and scale Scrum Inc.'s UK business with full P&L accountability, reporting directly to the CEO. A hands-on commercial leadership role with strong foundations in Defence and the public sector and the mandate to grow. Deep Scrum expertise not required. UK-based, hybrid, with regular travel.
