What class is best for me?
Scrum Master – This course is an introduction to the Scrum framework and is ideal for anyone interested in learning how to get started with Scrum. The first part of the class covers the basics, while the second half focuses on the Scrum Master role.
Scrum Product Owner – Our Product Owner course views the scrum framework through a business lens. In addition to the basic principles, this class focuses on vision, leadership, and business value. Learn how to build and prioritize a backlog, incorporate ROI estimates, and utilize customer feedback. Although not required, it is helpful to take the Scrum Master course first.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Invoicing is available by request only.
What is the Exam like?
The test consists of a combination of multiple-choice and true/false questions. It will take approximately 60 minutes to complete it. You’ll be required to demonstrate your understanding of key Scrum elements, including:
- General Scrum Knowledge
- Scrum Roles
- Scrum Meetings
- Scrum Artifacts
All of the topics on the exam will be covered during class. The cost of the test is included in the cost of your credential earning course. The exam is pass/fail and there are two free attempts paid by the trainer. The the third attempt costs $25. The exam must be taken within 90 days of attending the course.
Attendees of Scrum Inc credential eligible courses will receive a Registered by Scrum Inc designation. The credential requires attending a class from a Scrum Inc Trainer. Candidates must complete the entire course, which means missing no more than 2 hours of class to be eligible to earn the credential.
Can I receive PMI/PDU credits for this course?
Yes, PMPs can receive 16 PDUs for our courses, and 1 PDU for every hour spent taking our online courses.
Scrum Inc. is not a pre-approved PMI education provider, but your time spent at our courses and interacting with ScrumLab can be claimed as PDUs. To learn how to claim your PDUs, visit the PMI website to learn how to claim credit for classes and training offered by third-party providers.
Do I need a computer for class?
For our live, online courses you must have a computer, reliable connection, Zoom Platform available with video and audio, and access to Mural. If our in-person, you will not need a computer. In fact, we encourage you to turn off your laptops, cell phones, tablets, etc. during class.
What time does the course begin?
Courses start time vary by course type. Please check the specific course schedule listed at the bottom of the course you selected. For participants seeking a class credential, you cannot miss more than 2 hours of the course.
How should I dress?
There is no dress code. Most attendees wear business casual, jeans are fine. We suggest layers in the event the room temperature becomes uncomfortable for you.
Don’t worry, as long as you didn’t pay twice, we will delete your duplicate registration. If you paid twice, please let us know and a refund will be processed in full.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund if you cancel two-weeks before the start date of the class. Thereafter, we will happily transfer your registration to another date or give you credit to register for a future class.

Can I transfer my registration?
If you need to change your class, we can move you to another class. You can also transfer your registration to another person. Please contact our training team to transfer.
