Own the commercial and economic performance of Scrum Inc.'s US business, reporting directly to the CEO. A hands-on commercial leadership role with full P&L accountability, an established position in Defense and major industrial accounts, and the mandate to build a commercial engine that scales. US-based, with travel to clients and periodic global leadership meetings.
