Systemic Racism:
An Open Letter to the Scrum Community
The casual and callous killing of George Floyd at the hands of police was a disgusting illustration of the racist societal architecture our country was built on and continues to this day.
We are outraged by the violent police response to peaceful protesters and are repulsed by those using those protests as cover for criminality. We stand with those calling for justice.
It is no longer enough to simply not be a racist. White supremacy must end. We must be actively anti-racist.
We call on everyone in the Scrum and Agile community to take a stand. We must do all we can to demand and get real change. Silence is complicity.
