Roy Nanku
Director of New Product Development & Design
“Imagine a world, where we can change the world – one sticky note at a time!”
“My journey started from the “Halls of Montezuma – to the shores of Tripoli” [a nod to The Marine’s Hymn], while I served my nation honorably and proudly in the U.S. Marine Corps. My exposure to the world of agile began while in the uniform, and it completely rocked my world! I had the privilege of spreading the good news about Scrum and various forms of human-centered design via thought and design facilitation, to over 2,500 employees within the Department of Defense and to many Adaptive Warfighters; which resulted in the rise of many teams conducting 15-minute stand-ups at the break of dawn!
My passion is to coach and witness individuals and teams to maximize the potentiality of their capacity, experiences, and overall happiness through discovery and innovation! Let’s press pause on “that’s the way it’s always been done!” and hit play towards developing a try, then refine, and try again type of culture! The ability for teams to plan together, produce together, and present together – all begins with their people, simply, working together! I look forward to serving honorably in a capacity outside a uniform, in order to serve our clients, their organization, and the world – one sticky note at a time!”
