CLASS DESCRIPTION

Being an effective Scrum Master at Scale requires exceptional organizational aptitude, and to perform across multiple teams requires an even greater skill set spanning leadership, analytics, and interpersonal communication. This course will teach you how to be successful in this role, and the essential elements to fostering high-productive teams at scale. In addition, we’ll share insights and strategies from our success scaling Scrum teams in businesses around the globe.

Our Registered Scrum Master@Scale™ (RSM@S) training was developed by the co-creator of Scrum and inventor of Scrum@Scale, Dr. Jeff Sutherland. Through a combination of interactive exercises, you’ll get hands-on experience in product leadership in a scaled environment. We will share in-depth case studies from our own experiences scaling scrum mastery in the field. Our training will provide you with the knowledge and the tools you’ll need to advance your career and achieve greater impact at scale.

Do I need a computer for class?
For our live-online training, you must have a computer, stable internet connection, access to Zoom (for audio and camera) and Mural.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer group discounts through our Team Training Program. Our flexible training plans include preferred rates, wait-list priority, self-service class scheduling and premium support. Please contact our training team.

We also offer hardship discounts for students and job seekers.

What time does the course begin?
All course schedules are listed on the course registration page. Please check the specific course that you are interested in attending. For participants seeking to earn  the credential, you cannot miss more than 2 hours of the course. Be sure to note the time zone and set your calendar reminders appropriately.
What if I need to transfer to a different date?
If you need to change your class, we can move you to another class. You can also transfer your registration to another person. Please contact our training team to transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund if you cancel two weeks before the start date of the class. Thereafter, we will happily transfer your registration to another date or give you credit to register for a future class.

How should I dress?
Most attendees wear business casual, jeans are fine. For live-online courses, most students wear business casual as well.
