What class is best for me?

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – This course is an introduction to the Scrum framework and is ideal for anyone interested in learning how to get started with Scrum. The first part of the class covers the basics, while the second half focuses on the Scrum Master role.

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) – Our CSPO course views the scrum framework through a business lens. In addition to the basic principals, this class focuses on vision, leadership, and business value. Learn how to build and prioritize a backlog, incorporate ROI estimates, and utilize customer feedback. Although not required, it is helpful to take the CSM course first.
