Senior Product Marketing Specialist – OnDemand

We are in the early stage of establishing an OnDemand Learning solution to help organizations upskill, reskill, and onboard employees as they transform the way they work. To do this, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to own the marketing roadmap from concept to completion, designed to create and capture new market opportunities, increase product awareness, and strengthen brand love for our OnDemand Learning solution.

As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you will create, own, and execute marketing initiatives and attend conferences and others events to promote our OnDemand Learning solution. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining brand messaging and positioning for our product. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing Scrum Inc.’s OnDemand Learning solution. 

 

You have: 

  • A mindset consistent with the Scrum Core Values: openness, courage, respect, focus, commitment
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in a product marketing, marketing, or similar role with focus on corporate training, learning & development, or SaaS products. 
  • A validated record of developing & owning well-executed marketing strategy & campaigns, leading to increased brand awareness, product growth, and new product development 
  • Great ideas and inspiration for ways to evolve our marketing, social and digital strategies and campaigns 
  • Experience in creating and managing marketing events and programs, including attending conferences, etc. 
  • Proficient with marketing technologies/tools and graphic design tools (such as Adobe, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Passion and a collaborative nature when it comes to working in a dynamic team environment.  You’ll be part of a scrum team!
  • Amazing presentation, customer service, and networking skills – you are someone that people respect and trust
  • An analytical and data-based approach when making decisions
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 10-15%) 
  • Authorization and eligibility to work in the U.S without sponsorship

What we will do together 

  • Research the market, analyze trends to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategy, campaigns, and activities for our OnDemand Learning solution, and provide advice as to how to best reach the target market.
  • Understand who our customer is and craft the messaging and positioning for our OnDemand Learning solution, while ensuring internal teams (sales, etc.) understand it .
  • Conceive, develop, and execute innovative marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, events, etc. that drive demand and increase awareness.
  • Develop branding ideas and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral and other promotional material (program logos, social assets, website assets, etc.) 
  • Maintain the visual and creative brand presence and lifestyle message across all sales and marketing channels
  • Create and execute marketing plans that will increase the reach and impact of any new feature/solution/service launched
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement cross-functional marketing campaigns and programs 
  • Attend conferences and other events to build connections with customers and increase brand awareness and generate demand
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns and programs
  • Demo product as needed
  • Relay feedback and insights from campaigns, conferences, and other events to the team to optimize value delivery for our Customers
