How do I cancel?
Your membership will automatically renew every month. If you wish to cancel your membership, simply click on “My Account” under "My Profile" and hit cancel. Your access will stop 30 days after your last received payment.
Under what categories can I claim SEUs for Online courses?
- Attending Live online courses with a CST count under category B (small group training) - unlimited number of SEUs can count
- Attending Live online courses without a CST presenting or hosting would count as category F (synchronous learning) - up to 15 SEUs available
- Watching any Recorded courses (whether hosted by a CST or not) would count as category E (Asynchronous learning/independent study) - up to 15 additional SEUs available

Can I earn PMI Professional Development Units (PDUs)?
Yes, PMPs can receive 1 Category B PDU for each hour spent on our online courses. You must claim all PDUs earned at Scrum Inc. events as Category B PDUs.
Scrum Inc. is not a pre-approved PMI education provider, but your time spent at our courses and interacting with ScrumLab can be claimed as PDUs. To learn how to claim your PDUs, visit the How to Submit PDUs for Courses & Training page on the PMI website. The bold text under Step #3 explains how to claim credit for classes and training offered by third-party providers.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with ScrumLab, then simply contact us and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal is to create a happy, thriving community. If it is past 30 days, simply go to "My Account" under "My Profile" and hit cancel.
