The rules of Scrum are simple. Implementing them can be hard. Our course teaches not only the basics of Scrum, but why the rules exist in the first place. This high-energy, hands-on, interactive two-day class covers how and why Scrum was developed, the latest thinking and research and real life examples of agile working in the real world.
By the end of the course you will have the theoretical knowledge you need to successfully implement Scrum. We will show you how to be a Scrum process coach, how to form great teams, how to dramatically increase productivity and how to deliver great products faster.
I realized we needed someone whose job it was to make sure the process itself was effective. Not a manager—more of a servant-leader, something between a team captain and a coach. I asked the team what we should call this person. They decided on Scrum Master.
