Scrum in Hardware (eXtreme Manufacturing or XM) is one of the newest Agile methodologies. It leverages Scrum, eXtreme Programming, and Object Oriented Architecture to enable both rapid prototyping and full scale manufacturing in hardware.
As market demand grows for Scrum in Hardware, so does the demand for training. Understanding the need and wanting to distribute best practices throughout the industry, Joe is leading Scrum Inc.'s Scrum in Hardware, Train the Trainer.
Join Joe at his Micro Factory in Lynnwood, Washington (just north of Seattle) for five days of Awesome:
Monday & Tuesday: Scrum in Hardware overview and training techniques
Optional Wednesday: Client coaching day. Join Joe for a day of training at local company that is using XM. The previous class spent a day at Boeing.
Optional Thursday & Friday: Observe and help lead Joe’s XM + CSM two day course.
