Scrum Product Owner Training
CLASS DESCRIPTION
Notre Registered Product Owner™(RPO) training was developed by the co-creator of Scrum, Dr. Jeff Sutherland. Becoming a Registered Product Owner will prepare you for the next step in your career or help you excel in your current role. Our experienced trainers have practical knowledge from their own work in Agile transformations that they bring to the forefront of the classroom. Our course includes industry-specific case studies that highlight effective product ownership in different contexts, highly interactive exercises to make learning stick, and a team dedicated to your seamless learning experience before, during, and after the course.
In this course, you will learn how to assess business value, prioritize features, projects, and portfolios, as well as return real revenue with the product backlog.
Suggested Prerequisite: Formation Scrum Master, Scrum Startup for Teams, or prior knowledge of Scrum is extremely helpful.
As a Scrum Inc. trained Product Owner you will be prepared to:
- Create and maintain a compelling product vision
- Build a ready Product Backlog
- Deliver the right product in the right order at the right time
- Embrace the role of Product Owner by being knowledgeable, available, decisive, and accountable

For our live, online courses you must have a computer, reliable connection, Zoom Platform available with video and audio, and access to Mural. If our in-person, you will not need a computer.

Courses start time vary by course type. Please check the specific course schedule listed at the bottom of the course you selected. For participants seeking a class credential, you cannot miss more than 2 hours of the course.
Comment dois-je m'habiller ?
There is no dress code. Most attendees wear business casual, jeans are fine. We suggest layers in case the room temperature becomes uncomfortable for you.
La nourriture est-elle fournie ?
Pour nos cours en personne, nous offrons un petit déjeuner continental (8h30 - 9h00) ainsi que du café, des boissons et des en-cas toute la journée. Nous vous prions de bien vouloir faites-nous savoir si vous avez des restrictions alimentaires ou des considérations particulières, afin que nous puissions modifier notre commande de restauration pour mieux répondre à vos besoins.
Après la première journée de cours, nous invitons tous les participants à assister à une réception avec l'équipe de Scrum Inc.. Bière, vin et snacks sont offerts.
Que se passe-t-il si j'ai besoin d'un transfert à une autre date ?
Si vous devez changer de classe, nous pouvons vous transférer dans une autre classe. Vous pouvez également transférer votre inscription à une autre personne. S'il vous plaît contactez notre équipe de formation à transférer.
Quelle est votre politique d'annulation ?
Vous pouvez annuler votre inscription et recevoir un remboursement complet si vous annulez votre inscription deux semaines avant la date de début du cours. Par la suite, nous transférerons volontiers votre inscription à une autre date ou nous vous accorderons un crédit pour vous inscrire à un cours ultérieur.
