Scrum Inc. was founded by Dr. Jeff Sutherland, father of Scrum and creator of Scrum@Scale. What began as a way to help teams deliver better results quickly became something larger.
As Scrum adoption grew, it exposed a hard truth: improving teams was not enough. Organizations struggled to scale success because their operating models, decision-making structures, and leadership systems were not aligned for speed or learning.
Scrum Inc. evolved to help leaders meet that reality.
Today, we are a boutique consulting firm focused on end-to-end transformation. We partner with leaders to redesign Agile operating models, align strategy to execution, and build organizational agility that lasts. Professional training remains core to our work, but it is delivered as part of a broader system designed to create real, measurable outcomes.
