On the day before the day before Thanksgiving every year Agile Boston hosts Give Thanks For Scrum. It’s a chance for Scrum practitioners in the Boston are to come together and share with each other how they use Scrum, and why they are thankful for it.
It is also the only time in the year that the two co-creators of Scrum, Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber appear together to share their lasting thinking about Scrum, and to take any and all questions.
This year Jeff gave the latest iteration of his talk “Scrum: The Future of Work.” It began as as keynote for the Scrum Gathering, but he’s been continuously improving it to reflect new thinking and new discovery. The slides are on this page, we’ll post the video as soon as we get it.
A few people asked about topics that Jeff had written papers on, so they are posted here as well. Feel free to download and share them. Jeff also mentioned a few Scrum Patterns, so they’re linked to here as well.
