Pioneered by Joe Justice, eXtreme Manufacturing (XM) uses the framework of Scrum and technical practices of eXtreme Programming (XP) to enable Lean, iterative hardware design and manufacturing. XM was first used by WIKISPEED to build super-efficient street legal cars and has now been codified as a best practice for hardware teams.

Our build parties give you hands-on experience applying eXtreme Manufacturing while building a full-size car. Participants will learn about implementing object oriented architecture and test driven development. This session is great for Agile veterans and newcomers alike, and it is a lot of fun!
